Updated 20 October 2026. Scout by Waggle provides account-based collaboration tools for brands, agencies and influencers. These terms describe the current beta service.

Your account and your work

Provide information you are authorized to use, protect your sign-in details and invite only teammates permitted to see the workspace. You are responsible for your uploaded content, profile claims, project instructions and decisions. Do not impersonate others, upload malicious content, publish private information without permission, send spam or use tracked links for deception.

Publishing and collaboration

Published creator profiles and marketplace briefs can be viewed by other visitors or members as described in the product. Private drafts, feedback, client planning and account details remain subject to workspace access controls. Campaign-room messages are shared with the commissioning team and participating creators. You retain responsibility for obtaining the appropriate rights and permissions for content and personal information you provide.

Commercial records

Budgets, proposed rates, invoice statuses, sharing allocations, gifting records and usage acknowledgements are workspace records. They are not bank balances, processed payments, affiliate commissions, merchant orders or legal opinions. A booking enquiry or campaign application does not itself form a paid engagement. Confirm scope, currency, fees, usage permissions, disclosure obligations and any binding agreement directly with the other party.

Third-party connections

A provider feature is operational only when its authorized account and configuration are connected. Scout does not guarantee affiliate acceptance, commissions, creator performance, audience authenticity, fulfillment or payout eligibility. Caption checks inspect supplied text and do not establish that a published post complies with applicable requirements.

Beta availability

The service is evolving. Features and availability can change, and beta workflows may have limitations or interruptions. Keep independent copies of important business records and signed agreements. No paid subscription or automatic charge is created by registration, a waitlist request or the demo.

Demonstration workspaces

Demo people, metrics, clients and campaigns are fictional. Demo actions are saved in a separate demonstration workspace and do not contact real creators, issue real orders or transfer money. Demo records are not evidence of customer results.
