Accounts and private workspaces
We store your account name, email, salted password hash, account role, organization membership and expiring session records. Passwords are not stored as readable text. Workspace records can include campaigns, client contacts, applications, drafts, feedback, conversations, invoice entries and activity history. Access is controlled by workspace membership and campaign participation.
What you choose to publish
Influencer media kits and marketplace campaign briefs are shared only when their owners publish them. A public media kit includes the supplied display name, bio, location, social link, photographs, rates, portfolio and audience figures. Account email, private campaign drafts and delivery addresses are not included in public discovery. Audience figures are self-reported unless expressly identified otherwise.
Collaboration and delivery details
A booking enquiry shares the requesting account name, email, company, proposed budget and brief with the selected creator. Campaign-room messages are visible to the commissioning workspace and participating creators. A delivery address entered for an approved collaboration is shared privately with the creator's workspace and commissioning managers for fulfillment. Workspace reviewers do not receive shipping addresses, client contacts or finance records.
Storage and service providers
Hosted application data and uploaded files are stored in separate private Scout Google Cloud storage. The public waitlist uses its own private signup storage. The hosting provider processes routine request metadata to operate and protect the service. We do not copy Reachuals' internal records or credentials into Scout.
Tracked links
Scout records redirect request counts, user-agent bot signals, timestamps and hashed address identifiers to deduplicate visits in a rolling 24-hour window. Raw addresses are not stored in the link analytics records. These measurements are requests, not verified people, sales or earnings. Application and hosting logs can still contain routine request information processed by the hosting provider.
Cookies and demos
The essential scout_session cookie identifies an expiring server session. Scout does not install advertising trackers. The interactive demo creates a separate saved demonstration workspace with fictional people, brands and metrics; demo sessions expire after 24 hours. Real accounts begin with an empty workspace.
Provider connections
Social OAuth, affiliate conversions, merchant orders, payment transfers and email delivery require their own authorized providers. A connection marked not connected does not perform those provider actions. No automatic marketing emails or subscriptions are created when an account or waitlist request is submitted.
Control and contact
You can unpublish your media kit, keep a brief private and sign out. To request access, correction, an export or removal of account information, contact contact@waggle.ae. Records are retained to provide the service and handle legitimate operational needs; retention and removal requests are reviewed by the operator. No waitlist or private workspace information is sold or published as a creator directory.
